Lumefu - Return & Refund Policy
60-Day Radiant Guarantee
At Lumefu, we want you to feel completely at ease with your journey to radiant skin. We believe in the power of our Nimbus Series, which is why we offer a 40-day window to ensure you are absolutely in love with your glow.
You may return or exchange undamaged products within 40 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will begin your refund or exchange process promptly.
Eligibility & Notes
To keep the "flow" smooth for everyone, please note the following:
· Complete Set: Returns must include all original accessories and components.
· Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original Lumefu packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
· Shipping Costs: For returns not related to product quality, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Lumefu does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for non-quality returns.
· Handling Fee: For returns not related to product quality, a small $5 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
· Quality Assurance: If your return is due to a product quality issue, Lumefu will cover the full cost, including shipping. We will process your full refund typically within 5–10 business days after inspection.
· Condition: Items that are significantly damaged or missing core components may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
Pre-orders & Subscriptions
· Pre-orders: Your 40-day journey begins from the date your product is delivered, not when you placed the pre-order. You can cancel any unfulfilled pre-order at any time for a full refund.
· Subscriptions: For our recurring subscribers, returns are eligible only for the most recent delivery within 40 days of receipt. You can cancel future "glow cycles" at any time through your account.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We only handle return requests for purchases made directly through lumefu.com. For Nimbus products purchased via Amazon, please follow the Amazon return process.

Refund Process
Once your returned product is inspected at our warehouse:
· Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
· PayPal/Other Methods: Processing follows the provider’s standard schedule.
· Installments: If you used Shop Pay, Klarna, or Affirm, your repayment schedule will be adjusted automatically by the provider.
FAQ
Can I get a prepaid shipping label? For standard "change of mind" returns, we do not provide prepaid labels. If the product is defective, we will handle everything.
How long do I have to try the product? You have a full 40 days from the day of delivery to see your skin's transformation.
What if my product is damaged? If your product arrives damaged or has a quality defect, please contact support@lumefu.com immediately with photos. We’ll make it right, and we’ll cover the shipping.
Can I return a product purchased from another platform?
No, this policy only applies to purchases made directly on the official Lumefu website. Please follow the respective platform’s return process for other purchases.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
